Dlrectors Responsibilities RelAtion To The Financial Statements
The Directors of Culmore Community Parthetship Ltd for the purposes of company law are responsible for
preparing the Directots, Annual report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and
United Kingdom Accounting Slandards { United Kingdom Generally Accepted A¢¢ounting Pra¢tice).
Company law requires th¢ dir¢ctors to prepare financial stat¢m¢nts for each finan¢ial year that give a true and
fa?r view of the slate of th¢ affairs of the cliarity at the end of the financtal year and of its surplu5 or deficit for
the financial year. In doirtg so the directors are r¢quired to:

assels of the charity and hen¢¢ for taking reasonable st¢ps for the prevention and d¢te¢tion of fraud and other
irregularitie5,

A resolution will be proposed at the Annual Gen¢ral Meeting that M¢Groarty Mc Cafferty & Co be
re-appointed as accountants for the charity for the ensuing year.
