services in english. We bring ministry teams in fi'oni other nations to facilitate growth. vision and leariiing.
Through assistance and sign posting for individiials many from ethnic ininoi'ity groups regarding housing,
benefits, jobs, education etc. We work alongside those with addictions and mental health issues to inake

Tlie trLlStees confirm tliat they have complied with the requireinents of the CliaritiC5 Act 2008 to have due regard
to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity Cominission for Northern Ireland.
FinanciRI review
Policy on ruerves
The trustees aim to develop unrestricted reserves equivalent to three montlis running costs by October 2025, at
the latest. The target is for this lo be staggeiEd with I Inonth reserve by Octobei. 2024 and 2 monilis by October
2025. This is to allow the new Coinpany / Charity to use its funds for development as well as buildiiig reserves.
If agreed by the trustees, the reserves built up can be used on a project and then reserves will again be built up.
The amount of reserve5 will be reviewed annually at the time accounts are produced and as required. In
between, Pastor Roy Stewart will monitor the progress. This policy will be reviewed in 2025 to set the new
level.

Tlie charity's activities expose it to a number of financial risks including credit risk, casli flow risk and liquidity
risk. The use of financial dei'ivatives is goveimed by the charity's policies approved by tlie boai'd of trustees,
which provide written principles on the use of financial derivatives to manage these risks. The cliarity does not
use derivative financial instruments for speculative purposes.

ompany and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and otlier irregularities.
