I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
arty (￿he Trust.) for the year ended 3110712023
As the chanty's trustees, you are responsible for the p￿paratIOn of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charib'es Act (Northem
Ireland) 2022 ("the Act.).
I report in ￿Spect of my examination of the Tnjst's accounts carried out
under the required section of the above Act and in carying OLrt my
examination,
l am qualtfied to undertake the examination by being a qualrfied member of
one of the recognised accounting bodies.
I have completed my examination.
I confinn that no material matters have come to my attention in connection
wtth the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect the financial statements reflect the transactions that took pla
during the year ended 31st July 2023
I have no cOn￿mS and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable
roper und rstanding of the accounts to be reached.
