**Purposes:** (4)	The company’s objects (“Objects”) are specifically restricted to the following:  	  (4.1) To advance environmental education and promote the protection and preservation of the marine environment for the benefit of the public in Northern Ireland primarily, but not exclusively, (hereinafter called the area of benefit) by providing a marine hub to facilitate direct experience with, and raise awareness of, the marine environment [so as to improve and inspire further knowledge] and by any other means as the directors shall consider appropriate.  (4.2)	To advance the study of marine science and related subjects by promoting and contributing to citizen science projects and academic research in the marine environment by the provision of a marine hub and by any other means as the directors shall consider appropriate.
