Report to committee 07/02/25 Killylea Methodist Youth Club
I'm meeting of the leaders of the youth club was held after the club's weekly activities on the 7th of February 2025. Those present were Brian Gilbert; club leader and treasurer, Rev, Mark Linddicoat; chairman, Hillary Gillispie; secretary and Charlene Scott.
From the first Friday in January 15 children attended with numbers increasing to 23.
37 children and leaders attended the pantomime in Portadown on the 18th of January 2025.
This included 10 members from Keady Presbyterian Sunday School.
A grant of £1,000.00 was received from the Ark/Triangle housing association which included meals at McDonald's which were enjoyed by all.
Mother's Day cards to be made on the 28th of March 2025. A date for this ski slope in Craigavon has been set for Friday 2nd May 2025.
Brian Gilbert again advised that he was resigning as leader and treasurer at the final youth club meeting in May. Rev. Mark Linddicoat might also be leaving this year due to his transfer to Carrickfergus church.
