Chairperson and Vice Chair had meeting to discuss updates on grants mandy mc carey was on
zoom call today for council grants information session for three year grants we both check
through all paperwork to get all updated for last years grants to get au back Newtownabbey
And Antrim Council for end year .Plus Mr S Ward cx)ntacted sants sleigh to chase up invoice so
we could get it payed Mr S Ward was (x>ntacting Mr P Bret to see rf was any word back from
planning committee about our mural we send in for approval .We discuss to get the
community garden wall mural on asp and to speak to david about getting funding for this and to
get the garden tidied up a bit as weather has been bad just needs we spring dean and to get
the new garden bench brought down to be sanded and painted plus discuss getting metal shoes
for the bottom of garden bench so it can be easily moved about garden And to get all staff Nl
Checks updated ASP and agree for meeting on Friday nite with david to through grants and to
get it started asp as grants have to be in by council closing date 31 st january 2023 We
dI￿uSSed PLthing in for small grant to help get promotional materials for funkykids workshop like
new Flyers Printed .Banner, Pop up Banner, Printer. Ink Paper. Jumpers. T Shirts and
Funkykids Lanyards with stsff name on them.we are hoping to get the community garden
opened by march 2023 plus look into National Lottery Grant. Lynn checked online to see rf The
Love Here Live Here grant is open yet and ifs not yet so we have to keep checking on updates.
Plus we sure find out about which category we won in Tesco on blue tokens hopefvlly by
February our march at latest. Insurance is up for renewal in March 2023 through the Boy &
Girls team which Lynn will sort with mary. Plus all accounts to be updated to charity commission
by 31 st march 2023 Booksl Accounts will be send of to lan to be audited again and signed by
him by end February 2023
