The princ#pa fUT￿tIon of the Church is to supw)rt the alvan(2ment of the christi￿ rdtgion by promoting through the
WK)rk of the chU￿h the missKin of the G)stEI, pastoral, sC￿la1 and evangdist￿. All the functions of the Church relate
to the adVan￿ment of [dig￿n through holding regular y•0￿hIp and (x)mMUn￿￿1[￿J and caring for wjrshippers of all
ajes eswially the S￿k, and others in our Iccal ￿mmUnIty.

The Elders of A Thajh Baptist Church, as Charity Trustees, present the following rew)rt on the work of the church for
the year2022,
We 4 row memkrs in the &rir@ of this year. twt *ith orE family moving house to Portaknm thal left us with
128 members in Arma3h at the end of ￿1?2. We dKJn't have any baptisms Ihis year, and we dKJn't have ary funerals
in the church ei￿r, bui young peq)k who gre¥V up in the church got Ma￿1￿1 in th8 summer. aml ￿ haj quite a
number of ba)ies to families in our fdSowship tco.
lan Grant is now in his 141h year as Pastor. He wa8 Join￿ by Mark RrK)ney as Assistant Pastor in June, and Andrew
)orcroft joirEd us on a student pl&ement from the Irigh Baptist Couege in Octck)er. Tc4Jether tly have been
faithful in visiting memLErs and adFErents of thurth thrOUg￿Ul the year.
lan and Mark continue to at assemtrAp￿ in three l(rAI schools on a monthly basis. We also hosled an
evangelism team of St￿￿ents from the Irish Baptist College for a ￿￿ek in OGtotEr, helping us to visit the IK)uses
around our church building and to bring The Amazing Joumey into 4 loca primary schcx)Is, ably presented by James
RobirLq¢)n, af0￿￿r memberof ¢)ur thurch. nowwotkirvJ ts Baptist Youth.
We vistts from representatives of a number of missionary organisath)ns durirKJ the year, givirKJ us the c¥)FOrtunity
to r￿1ve informatM)n thut th￿[ in N.1. further afidd. Again, we supported some of them finanGiaty, raising
around f25.(N)O for the ￿¥[k of varDus mIss￿nS at ￿rne and ￿ro￿l. We also gave £13,(£O to help chu￿heS in
Ukraine and Pdand re&h out to refugees th) had teen displawl fdknryr#J the outbrEak of war Èetween Russia
and Ukraine in February. FolluNirKJ some initial training VIE are n(M r￿nISed as a 'Safe pl￿e, e￿a￿Ing us to
