I report on the accoun t s of the Charity for the year en d ed 31[st] December 2022 which a re set on pages 7 to10.

As the charity’s truste e s you are responsible for the p r eparation of the accounts in ac c ordance with the Charities Act (Northe r n Ireland) 2008.

It is my responsibility to:

Examine the a c counts under section 65 of the C harities Act Follow the pr o cedures laid down in the gener a l Directions given by the Com m ission under section 65(9) (b) of th e Charities Act State whether p articular matters have come to my attention.

Basis of independent e xaminer’s report

I have examined your charity accounts as required un d er section 65 of the Charities A ct and my examination was carri e d out in accordance with gene r al Directions given by the Char i ty Commission for Northern Ireland und e r section 65 (9) (b) of the Chari t ies Act.

My examination included a review of the accounting r ecords kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented wi t h those records. It also includ e d consideration of any unusual i tems or disclosures in the accounts, seeki n g explanations from you as cha r ity trustees concerning any suc h matters.

My role is to state wh e ther any material matters have c ome to my attention giving m e cause to believe:

  1. That accounti n g records were not kept in acco r dance with section 63 of the C h arities Act. 2. That the acco u nts do not accord with those ac c ounting records.

  2. That the acco u nts do not comply with the acc o unting requirements of the Cha r ities Act. 4. That there is f u rther information needed for a p roper understanding of the acc o unts to be reached.

I have completed my e xamination and have no conce r ns in respect of the matters (1) t o (4) listed above and, in connection wi t h following the Directions of the Charity Commission for Nort h ern Ireland; I have found no matters that r equire drawing to your attentio n .
