Courtney opened the meeting and welcomed everyone. 

Last year’s minutes were passed and true and accurate. 

She then stepped down and passed the chair to our guest chair Dale Harrison. 



Dale introduced herself to everyone present and explained that she is from Ballysillan Community Forum and would be chairing the meeting. Dale asked Kelly to give her annual report... 

## **Community Development report** 

Kelly gave a brief over view of the last few years since covid as this is the first face to face AGM in a long time. 

She also gave a breakdown of all our programmes that currently running at the minute and ones that we have planned, funding is very hard to secure at the minute for programmes and this is having a real effect on the local community. 

Our annual family Christmas party will be changing this year into smaller activities but means that we can target more children and their families by not doing one large event. 

Utilities, we are so worried about the rise in the cost of utilities. We do have revenue funding to cover the bills but we only get £3810.00 per year, the insurance alone is £3486.97 for the year 2022/23 and just this morning we received an electric bill of £1037.58 this bill is still at the low rate of 26.26 but future bills will be at a cost of 59.9. Our revenue funding will not cover the costs to run the centre and we are going to have to look into sources from other funders.
