End of year Trustee Report 2024
As 2024 draws to an end and we start our preparations for the 2025 year begins we present our end of year evaluation for projects run this year.
It has been a year focused on making sure we engage with our community and especially the young people within our area.
Our project has grown over the last 12 months, our reach to participants has grown and we are definitely having a positive impact on people’s lives as numbers have grown, we work on the idea of identifying needs for our community and over the last 12 months we have listened to the people we care about.
Our project consists of groups set up to meet needs that can address issues and promote well-being, health and education for people from 0 to our oldest participant who is 80 years old. This year because of addressing and meeting the needs of what the community have asked for we have built a stronger foundation for the project and therefore we are able to help and support the people we work with.
We are pleased to say this year we have had the pleasure of helping and facilitating projects for over 500 different people, for a project our size this is a huge success and with only 13,000 in the Strabane area we feel our project and the vital funding from The George and Angela Moore Charitable trust is making a great difference to lives in the area.
