The trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit Introduction, Achievements and Performance Family Comfort NI- started in 2016 as a support group with 4 members from different ethnic minority who experienced racial discrimination and inequality in the community, helping oth¢rs with similar experiences engaged in conversation building support network. It was constituted in Jan 23rd 2017, and have since engaged in actLVities up until now. still in the business of supporting the community. The charity offered services to the vulnerable families in the local cornmunity who are struggling with emergency l on-going support with social Inetworking support, food parcels, electric top ups, clothing, referrals etc. Th¢ organization has worked closely with families, volunteers, members, and other organizations in the community to support families with young people in the grassroot level; and ensure equal opportunity is given to all. We have organized series of eventsl activities to echo our vision, whÉch has contributed immensely to the improvement of the individual and the community at large. The charity engaged in networking new arrival limmigrants with existing families who share same or similar culturelinterest for long temi social and peer support. We supported asylum seekers and refugee hosted in hostel and hotels. Their young People were continually given the opportunities to resources and facility uphold equal opportunity that we believe in. building the skills of young people and women in the community. Th¢ charity ran 45 sessions of various activities to support mental. emotional and social skill of its beneficiaries; ranging from family support activities, craft works,

spo¢ cookery, sport, recreation and wellbeing programs to keep engaging the youth of today in a meaningful event so as to reduce the impact of isolation, creating avenue to support mental and emotional well-being, etc. The charity has also provided 95 food vouchers (support) and utility support to combat the living crisis faced by its beneficiaries. Our heartfelt appreciation to all the volunteers, funders, community organizations who without their support we would not be able to deliver our services to individuals and families, who have faced som¢ of th¢ most difficult months in their lives. Our successful growth and strength could not have been made possible without the immensurable support of our Volunteers and Funders. Statement of Trusteesg Responsibillties Trustees are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the charity's transactions and disclose with reasonabl¢ a￿UraCY at any time the financial position of the charity and enable them to ensure that the financial ststements comply with the charity (account and report) regulation of Northern Iretand 2015 which give a true and fair view of the asset and liability of the charity; and any surplus or deficit for that year.
