owner, who has granted responslbility for Its renovation to the Northern Ireland Foundotion_ The Foundation is worklng In
partnership wilh the Lower l￿dpark Communlty Assocuation. Additionallyi the Foundatlon Is represenied in a North 8¢lfast
Heritage Cluster group, with others who are responsible for heritage assets in the area.
The Foundation partnered with the Woodland Trnst to provide educaiioAal mats￿al. Including baby trees io local childrern, with
advlce ¢n cultrvatlng them.
The Ftyjndation partnered with lecal re9tnerntion charity Groundwork NI to share skills and capacity_buildin9 SUPPOrt te Itxal

Act 2006 and Part 8 of the Charities Art {Northern lielandl 2008. They also compty with the Statement of Recornmenéed
