I have examined your charity accounts are required, and in
accordance with the general directions under section 65 of the
Charities Act.
I have revieived the accounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those
records. This also included consideration of any unusual items
or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from
you are charity trustees concerning such matters.
My role is to slate whether any material matters have come to
my attention such as:
a) That the accounting records were not kept in accordance
with the section 63 of the Charities Act
b) That the accounts do not accord with those accounting
records
c) That the accounts do not comply with the accounting
requirements of the Charities Act
d) That there is further inforniation needed for a proFtr
understanding of the accounts to be reached
I have completed my examination and have no concern in
respect of the mattels a-d listed above and. in connection with
the following the Directors of the Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland. I have found no matters that require drawing
to your attention.
