I have examined yourchariry accounts as required, and in
accordance with the general directions under section 65 of the
Char&ties Act.
I have reviewed the ae¢ounting records kept by th¢ charity and a
comparison of the accounts pr¢sented with those records. This
also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosure5
in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity
trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to stste whether any material matters have come to
my attention such as-
a) That the accounting records were not kept in accordance with the
section 63 of the Chorities Act
b) That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
c) That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements
of the Charities Act
d) That there is further inforn]ation needed for a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached.
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect
ofthe matters a-d listed aboveand, inconnection with followingthe
Directions ofthe Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have
found no matters that require drawing to your attention.
