**Purposes:** The Association is established to: To work together in an effort to advance the health, education, social and recreational needs of unpaid carers across all care sectors, with the common object of improving the conditions of life for carers living in border Counties of Fermanagh, Cavan and Monaghan, (hereinafter described as the area of "benefit") without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion.
