**Purposes:** The charity’s objects (‘Objects’) are to promote the benefit of children with disabilities and their family and carers in Belfast, Lisburn and County Antrim (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") in particular without distinction of age, disability sexual orientation nationality ethnic identify political or religious opinion, by the provision of advice, information, resources, education, recreational activities and support with the object odd improving their conditions of life.  For the avoidance of doubt, the system of law governing the articles of association of the charity is the law of Northern Ireland.

**What the charity does:** The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
