INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE MEMBERS OF NORTH LISBURN COMMUNITY INVESTMENT

We report on the accounts of the organisation for the 12 months ended 31 March 2023 set out on page$ 3 to 4.
Respective responsibilities of Committee of Management and Independent Examiner
The Committee of Management is responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Committee of
Management considers that an audit is not required for this year and that an independent examination is
needed. It is our responsibility to..

to follow the prO￿dureS laid down in the General Directions given by the Committee of Management,. and
to state whethèr particular matters have come to our attention.
Basi$ of independent examineffs ststement
Our examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Commtttee of
Management. An examination includes a ￿vIeW of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual
itsms or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as the Committee of Management
concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the eviden￿ that would be
required in an audit. and consequently we do not express an audit opinion on the view given by the
accounts.
Independent examiner's ststement
In connectton with our examination, no matter has come to our attention-.
1) which gives us reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements
- to keep accounting records in accordance with Standard Accounting Practice; and
- to prepare accounts which accord the accounting records and to Comply with the
accounting requirements have not been met, or
2) to which, in our opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understsnding of the
accounts to be reached.
