BT28 2UB Trustees: The folLowing served as charityTrustees during the year: Michelle Glasgow Rebecca McGuigan JulieanneAudley Colin Lyons Hayley Masterson Norman Audley Stevan Wallace Susan Haggan Objectives and Activities: We have a community centre, through which we provide a reguLar programme of activities, including: . weekly meals on wheels, sit in/take away Wednesday lunch, community Bingo, Junior and Senioryouth club, Housing advise surgeries, Local neighbourhood policing meetings when required- Interagency meeting (held 3 timeslyearl and ad hoc meetings with statutory agencies, elected reps. The community centre and our regular activities are managed by our part-time Centre Manager and part-time Community Developmentworker. Ourgroup is also part ofthe Housing Executive's Housing Community Nemork. through which we are able to lobby the Housing Exec for local improvements and r8ise/heLp tackle issues affecting residents. Ballymacash Regeneration Network: NIC Trustees Report- Year ended 31" March 2023 I wouLd Like to express my gratitude to our committee members, staff and volunteers for the great work, time and commitment they put in to serve our community. It's been another successful year in our centre, which has seen plenty of new faces coming through the doors. We have successfully run our usual

events over the year. These events are enabling us to build new relations and offer diverse activities for the community. We have some regular week to week activities opened out to the whole communitywhich includes, community bingo, Tuesday morning breakfast and Wednesday lunches. We also have our JUNIOR and SENIOR YOUTH CLUB on a Tuesday and a Friday. Through these we have seen people use the centre who would never have before and that in itseLf is a success. We continue to liaise with our PSNI NPT team, as well as our housing providers NIHE, Choice housing and clanmiL. We also continue to work aLongside and direct our communityto other organisations incLuding BaLlymacash Sports academy, The Resurgam Trust and heaLthy living centre and the weLcome project. We continue to weLcome support from supporting communities and council.
