Trustees Annual Report
We as a group The Escapists discuss and decide what activities to include in our program each year. Every member of our group has a voice in all decision making. At our AGM we encourage members to put forward suggestions to include in the next years program of activities. The we, as a committee go off, contact people who have been suggested, price the activity and feed back to the group members.
I have enclosed a copy of our program which shows the activities undertaken with the group. All activities are based around health, care, mindfulness and anything that can take our members’ mind off their caring role for a few hours.
I have also enclosed our expenditure for the year to show the money spent on activities and essentials for the smooth running of The Escapists.
