**Purposes:** The association was established: To work together in an effort to advance health, education, and recreational needs of carers of children, and adults with learning difficulties, or to any unpaid carer with a heavy caring burden committed to improving their Holistic Well-being and continued Personal Development, with the common object of improving the conditions of life of carers and their children living in County Fermanagh, (hereinafter described as the area of "benefit") without distinction of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion.

**What the charity does:** The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
