AMMcL give a short rundown on the background of the playgroup

AMMcL spoke about the importance of bring a commi%ee membergood for parents, good for Social Services, good for funders and good for playgroup.

BD and AMMcL spoke about the programmes in the group- Eager and Able to Learn, Media IniLaLve, Solihull and Relax Kids.

BD talked about the waiLng list and that there was no room to accommodate all children for the days they had requested. SoluLons- 1. registering both rooms separately to allow at least 32 children. This would mean that funding would need to sourced to put on a new toilet block. 2. An aXernoon group- this would require two Level 5 staff. Both the Leader and Deputy in the morning currently have aXernoon jobs.

Playgroup fees were discussed- a possibility that they could raise to £11 per session before the end of the year.

The school are running a Fun Bingo on 25[th] November. Parents are children from the playgroup are very welcome to a%end.
