## Li#le Buds Playgroup Minutes of AGM dated 14/11/2024

Parent members: Ciara Farley, Helen Mullen, Jolita Paulauskaite, Emma Oliver, Alona Anonva, Louise Lavery, Emma Knipe, Liyena Boycheva, Laura and Chris Douglas, Neil McClelland. 

- All parents were welcomed to the meeJng. 

- Parents introduced themselves to all. 

- AMMcL give a short rundown on the background of the playgroup 

- AMMcL spoke about the importance of bring a commi%ee membergood for parents, good for Social Services, good for funders and good for playgroup. 

- BD read out leader’s report. 

- Commi%ee elected: Ann Maire McLaughlin- Chairperson, Ciara Farleyvice chairperson, Jacqueline Trainor- Treasurer, Chris and Laura DouglasSecretaries.  Parent members- Helen Mullen, Jolita Paulausaite, Emma Oliver, Louise Lavery, Emma Knipe, Liyena Boycheva, Laura Douglas, Chris Douglas, Neil McClelland. 

- BD and AMMcL spoke about the programmes in the group- Eager and Able to Learn, Media IniJaJve, Solihull and Relax Kids. 

- CF and AMMcL discussed events in the school – open day and school bingo. 

- CF and AMMcL invited the playgroup children to the Keystage 1 Christmas Play. 

- AOB: Playgroup was currently in their inspecJon period.
