Agnes McEldowney presented the secretary’s report. This year was once again a successful one. Work has finally commenced on tidying up the historical Termon cross and we are currently awaiting the arrival of a mini digger to complete the work. Our group has continued to engage with ANBC re obtaining funding for our plans at Cranfield and we are currently researching issues in relation to our plans for artwork at the lough shore. Throughout the year we have assisted Kickhams GAC Creggan to organize a number of traditional music sessions. We have also offered a prize to Creggan Primary school to encourage them to integrate some aspects of local heritage into their curriculum.

Brigid McKeague, Treasurer presented the financial report. The group has not required much in the way of finance this last year and so fundraising was not a priority.

Patrick McAteer, Chairperson, led a discussion on some priorities for the incoming year. It is hoped that the repair work in the Termon cross will soon be completed. Ongoing engagement will be required with ANBC to hopefully move forward our art project for Cranfield. Another project on out agenda is to produce a townland map of the ancient kingdom of the Feevagh and it was agreed that we might make a modest profit through selling it locally. Also we aim to develop our contribution to Creeve Community Garden through additional planting and maintenance.

The officers vacated their seats and Patrick McAteer, Agnes McEldowney and Brigid McKeague were return unopposed as Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer consecutively.
