In connertion with my examination, no matter has ￿rne to my
attention:
(l) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material
respect the ￿qUirements.
to keep accounting records in accordance with section 63 of
the Charities Art and section 44(1)(a) of the 2005 Act and
Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations and
to p￿pare accounts which accord with the accounting
records and comply with the accounting requlrements of the
Charities Act 2008 and settion 44(1)(b) of the 2005 Art and
Regulation 9 of the 2006 Regulations
have not been met.
