Res ertive res onsibilities of Charit Trustees and Examiner As the Charify's Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act {N I) 2008. It is my responsibility to: Examine the accounts undersection 65 of the Charities Act Follow the protrdures laid down in the General Directions glven by the commission under section 6519llb) of the Charities Act State whether particular matter5 have come to my attention. Basis of inde endent Examinerfs re ort I have examined your Charlty accounts as required under sertion 5 of the Charfties Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65 {9}Ib) of the Charlties Act. My examlnation included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a compari50n of the accounts presented wtth those records. It also included conslderation of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations for you as Charity Trustees con￿rning such matters.
