Kilbride Central Primary School PTA Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the financlal
statements in accordance with the terms of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. Kilbride Central
Primary School PTA Trustees consider that an audit is not required under section 65121 lauditl of the
Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2iJ)8 for the year and that an independent examination under section
64111 of the Charities Act (Northern Irelandl 2008 is required.

Mt examination was carried out under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2￿8. An
examination Includes a review of the accountlng records kept by the charlty and a comparlson of the
flnanclal statements presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual Items or
disclosures in the financial statements. and seeking explanatlon5 form the trustees concerning such
matters. The procedures do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and
consequently I do not expre55 an audit oplnion on the vlew by the flnanclal statement5.
