for the financial year ended 30 April 2023
The dir8Ctors are responsible for proparing the financial statements In accordance wlth applicable law and
regulallons.
Company law requires the directors to prepare financial statements for each finandal year. Under that law the
directors have elected to pr8par8 the financial slalements in accordance with United KSngdom Generally A¢cepted
Accounting Praclice (United Kingdom AccountSng Standards and applicable lawl including FRS 102 'The Finanoial
Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" Section 1A {Small Enltties). Under company law the
direclois must nol approve the financial statements unless they are salisfled that they gtve a true and fair vlew of the
stale of affairs of the company and of the surplus or deficit of the company for that period.
In preparing these financial sla18mgnts, the directors are required to..
select suilable accounting policies and apply them consislenlly.,
make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent.,
state whether the financial statements have been pr8pared in accordance wlth the relevant flnancial reportlng
