I report on the accounts of Cullybackey Elim Church for the year ended 31 ' December 2023.

Basis of independent exaininer's report
I have examined youi. charity accounts as required linder sectioii 65 of ihe Cliarities Acl and
my examination was carried out iii accoi'dance with the general Directions given by the Cliai'ity
Commission for Northen] Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Chai'ities Aci.
My exaniination included a itview of the accounting records kept by the cliarity and a
compai'ison of the accounts piEsentcd with those records. It also included considei'ation of any
unusual items or disclosui'es in the accounts, and seeking explaiiaiions fi'om you as charity
trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe:
l . That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Chai'ities
Act
2, That the accounls do not accord with those accounting recoi'ds
3. That the accounts do iiot comply with the accounting requiremeiits of the Charities Act
4. That there is f￿ther inforn]ation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to
be reached.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of the matters (l) to (4)
listed above and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charlty Commission for
Northeill Ireland, I have found no matters that require drawing to your attention.
