under section 65(9Xb) of the Charlts'es Act

We have examined your charity accounts as requlred under section 65 of th8 Charltles Act and
r examinatlon was carried out in accordance with the general Direclions glven by the Charity
Commlsslon for Northem Ireland under sectlon 65(9)(b) of the Charitle3 Act.
Our examlnation Included a reviaw of the accountlng records kept by the tharlty and a
comparlson of the accounts presented wilh those records. It also induded considerallon of any
unusual Items or dlsdosures In the accounts, and 8aoklng explanatlon8 from you a8 charity
trustees conceming any such matters.
Our role is to stale whether any material matters have come to our attention glvlng us cause lo
believe:
1. That accounting records were not kept In accordance wllh sectlon 63 of the Charllles Act
2. Thal the accounls do not accord wrth those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply the accountirq requlrgment8 of the Charitie8 Act
4. That there Is further Infomiatlon newjed for a propar understandlng of the accounts tc be
reached.
