Sean O'Boyle was re-elected as Vice Chairperson
Sally Ann Johnston was re-elected as Secretary
Angela Fairbairn was re-elected as Treasurer
The steering Committee members consisting of: Noreen Dornan, Canon Stuart Lloyd and Reverend Dr
Norman Hamilton, were all re-elected.
Carol Sloan was formally elected to the Committee after her Co-option in Decefftber 2022
Angela Mcclintock was voted as our Independent Examiner for 2022123
There was an amendment made to the original Constitution, changing 611) to ..."at least 6 Committee
members elected by the Forum members at the Annual General Meetlng."
The work of the Forum was productive over the past year and we aim to continue working With the
contacts we have made.

After a full year of activities and planning. the Trustees remain convinced that the Forum is continuing to
perform to their constitutional aims by:
Providing opportunities which facilwtate co-operation between congregations, other organisations
involved in bringing people from different organisations together. supportlng existing activities and
pushing boundaries through taking new initiatives;
Providing a safe environment for interactive encounters. including small group activity, where all
can share their life experiences as they relate to culture. identity, tradition. beliefs and citizenship;
To seek to address current issues prevailing in Ballymena and surrounding area through a creative
programme of events and activities.
