Re$pe¢tlve Responslbllltles of Charlty Trustees and Examlner As the trustees of the Club, you are responsible for the preparation of the receipt and payment accounts in accordance with the requirements of Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2015. You are satisfied that the accounts of the Club are not required by charity law lo be audited and have chosen instead to have an independent examination.
