Respective Responsibilities of Charity Trustees and Examiner
As the Iruslees ol the Club, you are responsible for the preparation ol the receipt and payment
accounts in accordance with the requirements ol Charities Act (Northern Irelandl 2015. You are
satisfied that the accounts of the Club are not required by charity law lo be audited and have chosen
instead lo have an independent examination.
I report in respect ol my examination of the charity's receipt and payment accounts as carried out
under section 65 01 the Charities Act.

I have exarnined your charity accounts as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission lor Northern Ireland under section 651911bl of the Charities Act. My examination included a
review ol the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison ol the accounts presented with
those records. It also included consideration ol any unusual items or disclosures in the accoLJnts, and
seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.

I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect ol the mallers 111 to 141 listed
above and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commission lor Northern Ireland, I
have found no mallers that require drawing lo your attention.
