Report to the Board of Trustees for Brookfield School PSA NIC107377 The year ending 31 March 2024 was another quieter year of fundraising for the PSA. We have not been able to hold all our usual fundraising events but have still succeeded to raise money in other ways. Amazon smile has continued to raise money via the parents and staff shopping online. eas fundraisin .com needs promoted more this year as it has usually always brought in donations but nothing in this current year. This is something we can promote further this coming year with new and existing parents, families and staff members. Our main sources of income this year was from the Easter Egg Raffle which continues to be a successful fundraiser. We were able to pay for activities for the children in school in the form of an ice cream van to visit school twice during the year, Paris Bubbles, and money towards the school trips for each child. These are all enjoyed greatly by our children and much appreciated by our parents and school staff so hopefully we can continue to provide these for the forthcoming years. For the next accounting year we will continue to apply for grants and ask parents and staff to help us in any waythey can. Fiona Milligan Chairperson
