Ststement of Committee Members, Responsibilities
Organlsatlon law requires the Management Committee to prepare financial statements for each
financial year which Eive a true and fair view of the stste of affairs of the or8anisation and of the
recelpts and payments of the organisation for that period. In preparinB those financial statements,
the Mana8ement Committee is ￿qUIred to:

2. Make judgements and estimates that a￿ reasonable and prudent and
3. Prepare the financlal statements on the going concern basls unles5 it is Inappropriate to assume
that the or8anisatlon will continue
The Management Commtttee is responslble for keeping proper accounting records which disclose
with reasonable accuracy at any time the financlal positlon of the or8anisatlon and to enable them
to ensu￿ that the Flnanclal Statements comply with the Companies Act

The directors presented their report and financial statements for the year ended March 2025
Principle Activities
Principal activities of the group are to provide an establishmeni for the whole cornmunity to use.
We run an after-school's club, pensioners lunches, bingo, youth club and disco. The group also
run trips for housing and welfare issues.

The following directors have held office since 22nd January 2019

The organisation is required to prepare accounts for each financial year which give a true and
fair view of the state of affairs of the organisation and of the receipts and off the organisation for
the period. In preparing these financial statements, the directors are required to:
Select suitable accounting, policies and then applythem consistently,
Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent
Prepare the financial statements on the going concem basis unless is inappropriate to
presume that the company will continue in business.
The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with
readable accuracy at any time the financial position of the organisation, they are also responsible
for safeguarding the assets of the organisation and hence for taking, reasonable steps for the
prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

I have examine(J your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
8X8min8tion was c8ried out in accordancewilh the general Directions given bythe Ch8rity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6519)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examination included a review of the 8ccountlng records kept by the chairty and 8
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also Included consideratlon of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeklng explanations from you as charlty
trustees concerning any such matters.
My role Is to stste whether any material matters have come to my attentlon glving me cause to
believe:
1. Th8t 8¢counting records were not kept with section 63 of the Ch8ritie8 Act.
2. Thatthe accounts do not 8ccord with tho8e accounting record8.
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requlrements of the Charftles Act.
4. Tharthere Is further informatlon needed for a proper understsnding of the 8Gcounts to
be reached.
Irave completed my examination and have no Concerns In respect of the m8tt8fS (1) to (4)
listed 8bov8 and in connectlon with following the Dlrections of the Charity Commission for the
Northern Ireland, I have found no m8tter8 require drawing to your attentlon.
