The pandeimic pr¢s¢nted unpreiedenled Lhallcnges to our ministry. While it disrupted soine of our in-per.son gatherings and
¢)Llivities, it dlso opeijed up new oppvrtunities for us to adapt and innovate. We have biill been seeii)g the iinpaLt uf the
Pdn(iemiu as we fully gmergT¢d vul iii 2022. Thib hds inLr¥4lbed the demaiid fL)T our work and expertise. b¥Lause Ub the
pandemic has revealed - men are increasingly isolated and cut oty.
2022 saw an exponential incrcasc iii our services from local churches acr05S the UK and Ireland. This has led to the
deve.lopme.Iit a new R.NETWORK open to e.hiire.he.s, Llenominations ancl other orgdnisatLon% a% we. proville il long te.rin
collaboration, with resources, Iraliiing and strategy planning, thal will see all men, of all ages strive to becoine the tnan,
husband, and father we have been called to be, and to become 'tishers of men.,

The Year in Review

n's Weekend. It is a powerful gaihering that brings iogether men trom all walks of life to grow in their faith, strengthen their
relationships, and d¢¢p¢n their commitinciit to personal growth. Spiritual renewal followed from our 2022 weekend, as the
extended worship session saw n]en experience a profound reconnection with their faiih ii) Jeyus.
Fight Club was set up during the pai)demic lo connect men in the midst ot forLed isolatioi). As it is still serving a purpose,
it has Continued. W¢ are ihankful for its steadtastness throughout the year with an average weekly, online attendance ot. 60
represented by over l O countries around the world with huiidreds ot men engaging throiighoui 2022. This expands our reach
and allows us to touch lives beyond our immediate commiillity. The pandemic highlighted the importaiice of coininunily
and support. Through Fight club we aim to connect men aiid offer a sense of belongin¥. We have fouiid it illstruinental in
helping our members endure challenges, even posi ihe paiidemic. Suikne of tlie isgues raised during the pandemic affected
men who are housebound, people willi PTSD, addiclioiis and various mental healih issues. We are still committed to
working with them ii) the long lern], to rebuild failh, character, and well-being.
Journey to Failh
Evangelism is Iiot jugt a degtiiiatioii. it's a juumey where we walk dlungside people, sharing our faith, dnd supporting their
spiritual exploration. It's about building relationships and offerin& guidance on the path lo faith. One exaiiiple we have

opportunily to build coininunity among men in an enjoyable and effective way. Bj. creating a space for shared inierests, it
