To recruit and employ staff to implement the aims and objectives of the Nai\u00c2\u00adscoil. To prepare and plan, in partnership with the local IME primary provider and statutory agencies, to provide high quality IME primary provision. To upskill the committee and staff in regards to best practices. In partnership with Li\u00c2\u00adofa, to upskill parents and local community in speaking Irish, and build upon any existing use of the Irish language.
