with th¢ requirements of ihe Chariiies Aci 2011 I'the A¢t').
I report in respect of my exarninaiion of th¢ Fiimoms & Kids's accounts carried oui under 5ecrion 145 of the
2011 Act and in Carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Direciions given by the Chariry
Commission under Section 14515Xb) of the Aci.
