Fil rngms & Kids has existed since ?014. initially as a voluntsry group. becomin8 a business in 2015., Ihe
organisation has grown exponentially since. and has to dale helped hundreds of socially disadvantag¢d women
and farnilie5: many of the5¢ have WTitten tesiimonials. encouraged others io join in and participate, further
increasirt8 the reach of the organisaiion. The ownisation continues to grow, and is now looking for lar8er
premises. developing a management team. instigating new proje¢t5 ond partnership5 w'iih third party agencies. as
well as increasing membership and volunieer op￿rt￿LIties.

Any member of ihe public . who may approach the organisation. Basis of need is asse$5¢d by infomial personal
interview io delem)ine health siatu& actual need. and personal issues genuinely exist rather than seeking a
cheap gym option.

risk. The use of financial d¢rivati¥es is xoverned by the charity's policies approved by the ￿ard of trustees,
whi¢h provide wrillen prin¢ipl¢s on the use of financial derivative5 to manage these risk5. The charity does not
use derivative financial instruments for speculaiive Purposes.

The charity's activities expose it primarily io ihe finan¢io1 risks of changes tn foreign currency ex¢hange rates
and inieresi rates. The charity uses foreign exchange fonvard ¢ontrdCts and infftsi rate swap contracis io hedge
these exposures.

The charity's principal financial ￿sets are bank balances and cash. irnde and other receivables, 8nd investments.
The charity's CTedit risk is primarily attributhble 10 it$ Irade receivables. Th¢ amounis presented In the balance
sheei are net of allowances for doubtful receivables. An allowance for impainnenl is made wher¢ there is an
identified loss evenl which. based on previous experien¢e, is evidence of a reduclion in ihe recovernbility of the
cash flows.
The credit risk on liquid funds and derivative financial instruments is limiied be¢4use the counierpartie5 are
banks with high cr¢dil-raiings assigned by international credil-raling agencies.
The charity has no significant concentrdtion of credit risk, wiih exposure spwd over a large number of
¢OUfbterpartie$ and cusiom¢rs.
Llquldlty rlsk
In order to mainlain liquidity to ensure that sufficient fi￿￿$ are available for ongoing operaiions and future
developments. the charity uses a mixture of long.ierni and 5hort-leTm debi finance.
