Secretary’s Report for AGM April 2021
On this AGM we have decided that a closed AGM will be sufficient
Our last AGM was held in April 2020. Since then, we have tried to find some normality due to the fact that we are in the middle and due to the restrictions of COVID 19
Anne (Treasurer) presented the accounts and very little had happened due to COVID 19 restrictions just running costs of the group which included refreshments for meetings and Christmas lunch
We had our lunch in the City hotel which was enjoyed by all
I would like to thank you all for putting up with me as Secretary this past year and now declared the position up for re-election
