**Purposes:** The Association is established for the advancement of community development and active citizenship for the public benefit of the inhabitants of Ballykeel 1 (hereinafter referred to as 'the area of benefit') by the following means:  2.1.1	The advancement of community development by working with the relevant statutory and 	voluntary bodies to improve the conditions of life for local people.  2.1.2	To promote the health and wellbeing of local residents through the provision of events and 	activities for the public benefit.
