## Activities

**Purposes:** The objects of the company shall be to:  (a) advance the physical and mental health of people of all ages in Northern Ireland (the "area of benefit"), with a particular focus on the Upper Springfield area of Belfast, by the provision of complimentary therapies and other support services, information and advice with the aim of protecting and improving people's health;  (b) advance the education and training of people in matters relating to health issues and the techniques, knowledge and skills required for delivering alternative therapies, stress management and relaxation;  (c) carry out such other charitable purposes as the Trustees may from time to time determine.
