Basis of Independent Examiner's Report
I hai'e examined your charity ac£ounts &% required under section 65 ot.the Clwities Act and
our cxan]ination i¥as carried out in accordanc¢ with the g¢neral Directions given by the
Charity Commission for North¢rn Irelalld under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examination includ¢d a r¢view of the accounting records kepi by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included considcration of
any unusual ilems or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanaiions frorn you &8
charity trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to stafr whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause
