**Purposes:** The Charity's objects ("Objects") are:  (1)	To promote and preserve the history and legacy of Moygashel Linen Mills and the wider Linen Industry throughout Ulster and Ireland, for the advancement of the arts, culture, heritage and science through enhanced public understanding of history and heritage of the Ulster and Irish Linen industry, and the lifestyle of those involved with it (2)	To promote the conservation, protection, improvement and the development of buildings, industrial plant & machinery, artefacts, furniture, photographs and other items with heritage or architectural value for the advancement of the arts, culture, heritage and science through enhanced public understanding of history and heritage of the Ulster and Irish Linen industry, and the lifestyle of those involved with it, and for the advancement of education (3)	To engage with community groups, school groups and individuals by facilitating the use of the exhibition space for educational visits, talks and research, for the advancement of education and the advancement of citizenship and community development
