MANOR PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION Trustees Annual Report The Trustees present their report and financial statements for the year ended 31°, March 2025. Objectives and Activities Manor Park Community Association aims to serve the local inhabitants of Manor Park without distinction of age, sex. race, political, religious or other opinion. The Association shall be non-political and non-sectarian in membership and activities and manage a Community Centre for use by all sections of the community. Achievements and Performance Throughout the year the Bonus Ball and breakfasts continued along with the usual Christmas paty, in additions 2 outings, Colman's and Dobbies. Financial Review As we are governed to use funds received, the financial position has been maintained. It is a constant battle to look for and gain financial assistance, the current work will continue to support the needs of the local community. Structure and Governance and Management Manor Park Community Association is registered with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland and governed by its constitution. The Association is required to appoint Trustees to manage and ensure the proper running of the charity in accordance with its constitution. MANOR PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of Manor Park Community Association I report on the accounts of the trust for the year ended 31st March 2025. Respective responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner The Charities Trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The Charities Trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under Section 65(2) of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to.. examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. to follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Independent Examiner's Statement In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention.. (l) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements.. to keep accounting records in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 have not been met or {2) to which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
