As the charitvs trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the Charities Act (Northem I￿land) 2(M)8.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charltles Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission under
section 65{9llbl of the Charities Art
state whether particular matters have come to my attentron.

I have examined your charty accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carrled out In accordan￿ with the generdl Dirertions given by the Charity
Commission for Northem Ireland under sertlon 65{9llbl of the Charities Act.
My examinatlon Included a revSew of the accountin8 records kept by the charity and a comparison of
the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideratron of any unusual items or
dlsclosures In the accounts. and seeking explanations from you ascharitytrustees con¢emin8 any such
matters.
My role Is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attenth)n
giving me cause to belleve:
l. That accountln8 records were not kept in accordance with sectbn 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accountin8 records
3. That the accounts do not cornpPy wlth the accounting requirements of the Charitles Act
4. That there Is further infomiation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be
reached.
