## **Minutes of previous AGM** 

The minutes of the last AGM were accepted as a true representation.  Proposed Marie Barnes, Seconded Joanne Mulvenna

One committee resignation was received this year, from Tony Hoare.  A number of members expressed their gratitude for Tony’s enthusiasm for the festival in the past number of years.

These were accepted as a true representation of the meeting.  Proposed Marie, Seconded Joanne. 

## **2024 Festival dates** 

The festival will be held on 24[th] -27[th] April 2024 

## **2024 Festival adjudicators** 

Donal McCrisken is booked to adjudicate most sections, for traditional Patrick Davey was suggested by Becca and Anna, Peter McConville was suggested for guitar by Anna 

## **Revision of Constitution** 



The committee discussed and agreed to change the position of Public Relation Officer to Social Media Officer as it was felt to be more appropriate now.  All Proposed chages were accepted. 

The section refering to dissolving of assets was clarified to the commitee 

**Friends of the Festival/Fundraising** Mark suggested contacting businesses for possible sponsorship.  A fundraising trip was suggested. 

**AOB** A Novice section for choirs was suggested 

The meeting closed at 9.15.  The next meeting date will be confirmed by Anna
