- state whether partlcular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as requlred under sectlon 65 of the Charlties Act and my
examination was carried out In accordance with the general Directions given by the Charlty
Commlsslon for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65(91(b) of the Charities Act.
My examlnation Included a review of the accountlng records kept bythe charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those record8. It also Included consideration of any
unusual ftems or disclosure8 in the accounts. and seeking explanatlons from you as charlty
trustees concernlng any Such m8tter8.
My role Is to state whether any rnaterlal matters have come to my attentlon glvlng me cause to
belleve:
1. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with sectlon 63 of the Charltles Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not complywith the accounting requirements ofthe Charities Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understsnding of the accounts to be
reached.
