Additional Accountants Report for Post Year-End Disclosures EeSerene bisciosures Following on from the preparation of the Income and Expenditure Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 events arose which it is prudent to report upon. Due to internal conflict, with allegations of harrassment and bullying, two of the trustees are, unfortunately, resigning in September 2025. This requires an EGM and election of new Trustees to meet the quorum requirements. A lottery grant of £20,000 was secured and the new Trustees will be distributing this under the agreed terms and reporting requirements with the Lottery Commission. Due to the nature of the events it is worthy of recording within the accounts.

## Belvoir ASD Family Support Group Trustees Report 2024/25 

Belvoir ASD Family support group has been running for 14 years. The aim of the group is to offer support to families and young people with Autism and ADHD. As part of this objective the group hold weekly advice clinics to signpost assistance to parents when needed. In addition, the group facilitate two weekday social clubs for young people and family members to enjoy activities such as arts and crafts, and sports.
