Mulleek Community Association is governed by its Constrtution that was
adopted on 10th April 2023

Objectives and Activities
Objectives
(a> The Association is established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of
the Mull*k District of County Fermanagh, (the area of benefit)
(b) The objects of the association shall be to promote the benefft and interests
of the inhabitants, of the area of benefit without distinction of age, sex, ra￿.
political or religious or other opinions by associating the statutory authorities.

advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for
health recreation, object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants

these achieve the association s purposes and provKle a benefit to
beneficiaries.
Financial Review
Review of Business
Mulleek Community Association is non-profit making with net income and
reSoUr￿S in this year of £2.295.81 The trustees continue to manage resour￿5
in an efficient and sustainable manner.
Reserves Policy
Mulleek Community Association have a Reserves Policy, which requires that
reserves are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the
organisations core activities could conts'nue during a period of UnfOre￿n
difficulty and that the organisations known liabilities will be paid should the
organisation ￿ase to trade.
Future Plans
Mulleek Community Association plan to continue to focus on controlling costs.
while maintaining the high standards of seniice to our beneficiaries.
STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES

The Trustees a￿ responsible for preparing the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and regulations.
The trustees afe responsible for keeping proper accounting records which
disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the
charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial ststements comply with
all appropriate regulations. They are also iesponsible for safeguarding the
assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention
and detection of fraud and other irregularities.
In so far as the trustees are aware"
there is no relevant infomiation (information needed by the charrty's
independent examiner in connection with preparing the independent
examiners report) of which the charity's independent examiner is
unaware, and
the trustees have taken all the steps that they ought to have taken to

make themselves aware of any relevant independent examiner
information and to establish that the charity's independent examiner
is aware of that information.
