I report on the accounts of the Trust for the period ended 31 March 2023, which are set out on
pages I to 4 of the enclosed charity accounts.

As the charity's trustee5 you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2(Th.
It Is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedures lald down in the general Directions given bythe Comm5sslon
under section 65{9){b} of the Charltles Act
State whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examlned your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charitles Act and my
examinatlon was carried out in accordance with the 8eneral Directions glven by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6519)Ib) of the Charities Act.
My examlnation included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparlson of
the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual Items or
dlsclosures in the account5, and seeking explanation5 from you as charity trustees concerning any
such matters.
My role Is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe..
